The quality (colors, durability, weight, feel, etc.) is excellent but oh my God….the customer service is amazing. If you have questions, problems, or are unsure of anything, they are always helpful, patient, and professional. When I’ve had questions or concerns, they responded to emails immediately or they’ve called without hesitation. To sum them up in one word, AMAZING.
